TERMS & CONDITIONS
Republic of Florence $1000 Giveaway
1. Competition Details
This $1000 Republic of Florence Giveaway (the "Competition") is conducted by REPUBLIC OF FLORENCE PTY LIMITED ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 or older.
3. Entry Period
Entries open at 7:00pm AEST on Friday, November 8th, 2024 and close at 7.00pm AEST on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
4. Prize
- The prize consists one (1) $1000AUD online gift voucher towards the winner or two (2) $500AUD gift vouchers towards the winner and their friend of choice.
- Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance and are redeemable on all Republic of Florence products.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must submit their email address and phone number via the giveaway entry form provided.
- By entering, you consent to receive marketing updates from Republic of Florence You may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so before the end of the giveaway period may affect your eligibility.
6. Existing Subscribers
If you are already subscribed to the Republic of Florence email or SMS lists, you may still enter the competition by completing the entry form.
7. Winner Selection
- The winner will be drawn randomly on Thursday, November 14th, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided during entry.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours or does not claim the prize, a new winner may be selected.
8. Privacy
All personal information will be collected, handled, and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Participants can opt out of future communications at any time.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other relevant legislation which cannot be lawfully excluded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
