No. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.

Standard shipping within Australia is free on every order for Voyager and Connoisseur members, with no minimum. Express Post is charged at the usual rate.

For Connoisseur members, monogramming is free on orders over $100, for up to two pieces per order. Add monogramming to your piece as usual and it comes off at checkout. A monogrammed piece can't be returned.

Shopify needs to know it's you. Sign in before checkout, or use the email on your account so Shop Pay recognises you. Benefits then apply on their own, with no code.

Share your link from this page or your account. Your friend receives $25 off a first order over $250. When they place it, you receive 2,500 points, worth $25.

Anyone who hasn't ordered from us before. Introductions from the same household or device can't be accepted, and each member can complete up to 10.

Only after 12 months with no activity on your account. Placing an order, writing a review or using points all count as activity and keep your balance alive. Your expiry date is shown at the top of this page when you sign in.

Points earned on an order are removed if the order is refunded. Points you used stay used.
