How it Wears

Vegetable-tanned leather develops depth and character over time. It evolves. It gains patina. It becomes distinctly yours.

Outstanding quality and craftsmanship. The colour is gorgeous and unique, unlike other bags I have seen. The leather is beautiful, the zippers run like a dream and a lot of thought has gone into the design, including the number of pockets. I had been eyeing off this bag for a while, I wish I had made this purchase sooner. Absolutely love it.

Stunning
I love this bag so much I use it everyday for work. It fits everything you would need and all the inside and outside pockets makes this a 10/10 for me. My only qualm would be that the thin straps digs into my shoulder so it could be comfier but it is beautiful and worth it to me.

Best laptop bag
I received this bag as a gift after searching around for a slim laptop bag that would be big enough to fit my 16 inch laptop. This bag is large enough to not only fit my laptop in, but all of my chargers, cords, diary and other bits and pieces whilst still being super slim and not bulky at all.
There are so many pockets that are super practical and so I use them all and it keeps my bag from being a black hole filled with junk.
The perfect bag for travelling and definitely worth the investment!

Where is this product made?

All Republic of Florence pieces are handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans, using time-honoured techniques and the highest-quality materials.

What type of leather do you use?

We use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather sourced from select Tuscan tanneries. This leather develops a natural patina over time, giving each piece a unique character.

What’s the difference between Classica and Opaca finishes?

Both are crafted from the same full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. Classica has a smooth, lightly polished surface for a refined sheen. Opaca has a soft-touch, matte finish with a more relaxed look. Both age beautifully, developing a rich patina over time.

How do I care for the leather?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust. For deeper conditioning, we recommend a neutral leather cream every few months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures.

Can I personalise it?

Yes.Monogramming is available on most items. Add up to four initials in the font and placement shown on the product page.

Do you offer a Try at Home service?

Yes — our Try at Home service lets you experience the product in person before deciding to keep it. You’ll have 7 days from delivery to see how it feels, fits, and works for you. If it’s not right, simply return it unused and in original condition for a full refund. Monogrammed items are excluded from this service.

What is your returns policy?

If your purchase is unused and in original condition, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Monogrammed items are final sale (warranty applies).
