Republic of Florence will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer.
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Monogramming might add an extra day or two (please let us know if you're on a deadline).
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO TAKE THE DELIVERY?
All orders are shipped “signature required” to ensure safe delivery of your item. If delivery is attempted and nobody's available to accept the parcel, it'll be at your local Post Office for a period of time. You can change to a safe drop by logging on the courier portal or you can selecet a work addresses if preferable.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We always take the time to make sure your order is perfectly packed so it arrives to you in all its leather glory. But sometimes things happen. If your item arrived with an issue or you received an incorrect item, please let us know and we’ll arrange a quick return and replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
