REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since the date your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange — except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to one (see Section 8).
Because personalised and monogrammed items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on them. Please double-check all monogram details, colours and personalisations carefully before placing your order.
Our warranty still applies to personalised items. If you believe there is a fault with a personalised item, or if the personalisation does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
If your item is in original condition, you can exchange it for a different colour or style, subject to availability. Email us at info@republicofflorence.com.au with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange. We'll confirm availability and walk you through the next steps.
We only replace items via exchange if they are in original condition, or if the original item was defective or damaged.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@republicofflorence.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior approval may take longer to process.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service so the parcel can be traced if it goes missing in transit. We are unable to refund items that don't reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund or send out your exchange. We'll email you a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — typically a further 3 to 10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund 14 days after we confirmed it was processed, contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au and we'll follow up with the payment processor.
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit (store credit) for the value of the return once we receive the item back. If the item wasn't marked as a gift at checkout, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including the consumer guarantees.
If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, doesn't match its description, or doesn't do what we said it would do, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day window above. Contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au and we'll work with you to provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
