    SHIPPING POLICY

    Section 1 — Where we ship

    We ship across Australia and internationally to most countries worldwide. To check whether we deliver to your address, enter it at checkout — available shipping options will be shown before you confirm the order.

    If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate your order. Some shipping restrictions may apply due to customs or import regulations in certain regions.

    Section 2 — Delivery times

    Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout:

    • Standard shipping (Australia & New Zealand): 2–6 business days.
    • Express shipping (Australia & New Zealand): 1–3 business days.
    • International shipping: typically 5–14 business days.

    Please allow additional time during peak periods, public holidays, and for made-to-order or personalised items. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — we do our best to ship on time, but carriers occasionally experience delays.

    Section 3 — Express shipping

    We offer Express Shipping on all Australian orders — select it at checkout for faster delivery. Express options are also available for many international destinations, depending on the country.

    If you need your order urgently — particularly for international destinations — contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au before placing your order and we'll help arrange the fastest available option.

    Section 4 — Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You'll see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.

    • Australia: free standard shipping on orders over AUD 200. For orders under that amount, a flat-rate shipping option is available. Express shipping is charged separately.
    • International: shipping costs vary by destination and order weight, and are shown at checkout.

    Section 5 — Tracking your order

    As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website if you created one at checkout.

    If you can't find your tracking information, contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au and we'll help you locate it.

    Section 6 — Changing your delivery address

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at info@republicofflorence.com.au with your full name, order number, and the correct address.

    Once your order has been dispatched to the carrier, we can't guarantee an address change. We'll do our best to liaise with the carrier on your behalf, but in most cases the parcel will need to be returned to us before we can resend it to a new address.

    Section 7 — Customs, duties and import taxes (international)

    For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by your destination country. These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, particularly for high-value items, so you have a clear picture of any additional charges that may apply.

    Republic of Florence does not pre-pay duties or taxes, and we are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare values to avoid local charges.

    Section 8 — Lost or undelivered parcels

    If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll investigate with the carrier. For parcels marked "in transit" for an extended period, contact us at info@republicofflorence.com.au and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
