Yes, if you’re in a hurry, we’re happy to help. The Express Post option is available at checkout for $10. If You Require TNT or other express couriers, please get in contact with us for a quote.
Yes, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse. Please specify that you need to collect your order in the notes at checkout, and we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a time.
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll exchange it or refund you so long as it's returned to us within 30 days of ordering and still in its original unused condition (including tags, dust bag, shoulder strap etc). You’ll just need to cover the shipping costs to return the item for refund.
Gift Cards and personalised products, including monogrammed items are final sale and unable to be returned.
If your item arrives with an issue, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll arrange a quick return and replacement at no cost to you.

Our products are made to last, but sometimes things happen. In the unlikely event of an issue with your RoF product, please contact us with your order details and an image of the issue and we’ll take care of it.
Every Republic of Florence bag is made with the care and attention to detail you’d expect from such a quality item. However, in the unlikely event that you have a defect in the material or the workmanship of your bag within 12 Months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it with a new one and cover the associated shipping costs.
This Limited Warranty applies to products used under normal conditions, for the purpose intended, and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear or neglect. It also doesn’t include stains, rips or other damage that happens as a result of mishandling (including mishandling by an airline or travel provider).
If you need to make a claim under warranty, you’ll need to provide a proof of purchase. If you bought your product directly from us through this website, we will have a record of your purchase. If you purchased through a third party retailer, please make sure you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
